At Think Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items and equipment. Due to the fresh nature of our coffee beans, we can only offer replacements or refunds for food items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure non-perishable items are in their original packaging; for damaged coffee, please include a photo of the defect.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
