How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Every bag is fitted with a one-way degassing valve to preserve peak flavor and aroma during transit.
What is your shipping policy for coffee orders?
We offer standard shipping across the country, typically arriving in 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your beans leave our roastery.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You can choose your delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and pause or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
