El Paramo.

Situated just east of the southern city of Pasto, the high-altitude region of El Páramo is home to a close-knit community of smallholder farmers we know personally and work with year after year. Together with our longtime origin partner, José Gómez, these farmers cultivate their coffees with care, discipline, and deep local knowledge. Their commitment is evident in the cup: bright notes of tangerine and grapefruit layered with caramel and a delicate, lingering sweetness. This coffee is a direct expression of El Páramo’s dramatic terroir, shaped by towering mountain ranges and the people who steward it.

This coffee goes beyond Direct Trade to uplift smallholder farming communities.
